Job summary
Balance Recruitment is recruiting a Business Systems Administrator to own ERP, HRIS and related business platforms, driving automation and efficiency across Finance, HR and Operations. You will work with Deltek Vantagepoint and Employment Hero, manage integrations, and support stakeholders in a hands-on, vendor‑influenced role.
The role offers broad ownership of multiple critical systems with opportunities to collaborate with senior leaders and contribute to continuous process improvements
Qualifications
- Experience administering ERP, HRIS or enterprise applications.
- Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or Employment Hero strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, HR or Operations.
- Experience supporting system integrations and data flows.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for automation.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support ERP, HRIS and related business applications (Deltek Vantagepoint and Employment Hero).
- Manage user access, permissions, workflows and approval processes.
- Provide Level 2/3 application support and troubleshooting.
- Manage relationships with external software vendors and support partners.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve integrations.
- Monitor data integrity, privacy and compliance across systems.
- Support upgrades, releases and create user guides; deliver training.
