The role includes full technical training and ongoing development, combining product knowledge with commercial awareness and customer engagement to deliver high-quality solutions in critical infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude to understand and communicate product specs.
• Experience supporting sales with proposals, quotes and tenders.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, quotations and tenders for projects.
• Interpret technical specifications and customer requirements for accurate quotations.
• Provide technical assistance and product knowledge to the Sales Team.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and partners.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales opportunities in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to support sales opportunities.
• Contribute to improvements in sales processes and customer experience.
