Job summary

Ascent Vision Technologies Australia in Melbourne's CBD seeks a motivated Inside Sales Representative to grow our client base, support marketing initiatives, and work with domestic and international clients. Qualifications

• Previous experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service, Business Development, or a related role.
• Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships in domestic and global markets.
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM or similar CRM platforms.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat/Creative Cloud proficiency.
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct outbound sales calls, customer follow-ups, and lead nurturing activities.
• Manage customer interactions, opportunities, and sales pipelines using Salesforce CRM.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records through timely data entry.
• Support customers with product information and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and timely responses to enquiries.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers across domestic and international markets.
• Track, monitor, and report on sales activities, pipeline progression, and customer feedback.
• Contribute to planning, execution, and follow-up of marketing campaigns and mailouts.
• Assist in creation, formatting, and distribution of marketing materials using Adobe and Microsoft Office.
• Support lead generation by managing campaign responses and CRM data integrity.
• Participate in trade shows, customer visits, industry events, and business development activities as required.
