Yo-Chi is seeking a Team Leader for our Bunda St venue in Canberra. You will lead shifts, drive high energy, and ensure guests leave with a memorable experience. We have both Full Time and Casual Team Leader roles available, with opportunities to grow into higher leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience in hospitality, retail or customer service.
• Ability to motivate a team and maintain high energy.
• Confident decision making and problem solving during shifts.
• Willingness to work rotating rosters including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team through busy shifts with confidence and energy.
• Deliver genuine, friendly service to create memorable guest experiences.
• Coach and support team members, leading by example.
• Open and close the venue, including cash handling and daily admin tasks.
• Keep the venue clean, safe and running smoothly.
