Job summary

Yo-Chi in Brisbane is seeking a Casual Team Leader who brings energy and hospitality to every shift. You will lead a small team during busy periods and ensure excellent guest experiences.

You\'ll coach colleagues, manage opening and closing tasks, handle cash, maintain safety and cleanliness, and support stock and deliveries. This role offers flexible rosters and real opportunities to grow with Yo-Chi as we expand across Australia.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team through busy shifts with confidence and energy.
• Create memorable guest experiences by delivering genuine, friendly service.
• Coach and support team members while leading by example.
• Open and close the venue, including cash handling and daily administrative tasks.
• Keep the venue clean, safe and running smoothly.
• Ensure every Yo-Chi served looks as good as it tastes.
• Manage stock, receiving deliveries and help keep everything organised behind the scenes.
• Maintain our food safety, hygiene and operational standards every day.
