Yo-Chi in Sydney is hiring Casual Team Leaders to guide our front-of-house during busy shifts. You’ll set the standard on the floor, coach the team, and contribute to the fun, welcoming Yo-Chi culture. If you lead from the front and enjoy fast-paced service, we’d love to meet you.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in hospitality, retail or customer service.
• Motivates and brings positive energy to a team.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Confident in decisions and problem-solving during shifts.
• Available for rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Passion for people, teamwork and creating great experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team through busy shifts with energy and confidence.
• Deliver genuine, friendly guest service to create memorable experiences.
• Coach and support team members by leading by example.
• Open/close venue, handle cash and daily admin tasks.
• Keep venue clean, safe, and running smoothly.
• Ensure Yo-Chi servings look as good as they taste.
• Manage stock, deliveries and back-of-house organisation.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and operations standards.
