Job summary

Alt Hospitality Group in Sydney is seeking a Team Leader to support our Operations team across venues including food and beverage, gaming, events, and general venue operations. You will provide visible leadership during shifts, support daily operations and uphold service, safety and compliance standards.

This role focuses on coaching, coordinating staffing, resolving guest concerns, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining presentation and guest experiences.

We are seeking a motivated Team Leader to support our Operations team. This is a great opportunity to lead from the floor, build team capability and contribute to the successful operation of our venues across food and beverage, gaming, events and general venue operations.

About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will provide visible leadership throughout each shift, support daily operations and ensure our service, safety and compliance standards are maintained.

You will bring:

• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality, gaming, events or licensed venues.

• Flexibility to work across departments and venues as required.

Essential requirements:

• Current NSW RSA and RCG Competency Cards.
• Current Advanced RCG qualification or willingness to obtain.
• Food Safety Supervisor, First Aid, gaming, food and beverage or events experience will be highly regarded.
