Job summary

Alt. Hospitality Group is seeking a Team Leader to support operations across venues including food and beverage, gaming, events and general venue operations.

The role focuses on leading from the floor, building team capability and delivering exceptional guest experiences at Club Central Hurstville and other group venues. You will provide visible leadership on shift, support daily operations and ensure service, safety and compliance standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality, gaming, events or licensed venues.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to motivate teams and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Coordinate staffing and resources to ensure efficient operations.
• Resolve member, guest and operational concerns professionally.
• Maintain venue presentation, service standards and compliance requirements.
• Support operational performance, continuous improvement and business initiatives.
• Complete shift handovers, incident reporting and other operational requirements.
