Job summary

Canterbury Hurlstone Park RSL – Hurlstone Park NSW is seeking an experienced Gaming Team Leader to drive service excellence and strong team performance on a busy gaming floor.

You will lead operations, coaching, and performance management while ensuring compliance and a safe working environment. The role requires flexibility for a rotating roster including late nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Run the gaming floor with precision, ensuring shifts, workflows, and service delivery are seamless.
• Manage gaming calls and support the Duty Manager in achieving operational excellence.
• Maintain compliance with all gaming regulations and uphold a safe working environment.
• Deliver exceptional service to tiered members and guests.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to perform at their best.
• Handle performance management with professionalism and care.
