A leading recruitment agency is seeking a passionate Talent Specialist / Recruitment Consultant in Melbourne. This is a full-time role with a salary between A$70K and A$100K, offering opportunities for professional development within a supportive team culture. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

• Contribute to business development and grow key accounts (for 360 consultants)
• Engage in market mapping and talent pooling
• Bring innovation and process improvement ideas to the table
