$80,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

Just Digital People are looking for a 'Hands-On' Recruitment Manager to lead and grow our Melbourne Team. This role would ideally suit someone who is looking to develop their skills in both developing people leadership whilst still remaining exceptionally hands on with clients.

Looking after a small group of 360 consultants, covering areas across Dev, Engineering, Product and Marketing it will be more about your understanding of how to harness a successful recruitment team. Essentially, remaining proactive in your approach, whilst ensuring repeat custom across both clients and candidates continue.

Your current situation:

Ideally you are in a team lead role currently, so this would be a plug and play, but i would also consider a successful consultant who wants to try their hand at leading a small team. Happy to work with you and upskill you if you have the right attitude.
