Baker Recruitment is a well-established Real Estate Recruitment Agency who have created a strong presence within the Sydney Recruitment space. We are a high-energy team who are dedicated to putting our candidates, clients and staff first in everything we do, after all, our actions influence the lives of individuals every day.

We are excited to be expanding our team, and are looking to appoint a Talent Manager to take the reigns of an exciting and varied role. With a huge earning potential, base salary + commissions, this is an excellent Monday to Friday role, with training, support, and ongoing career progression. We also offer remote working!

What your day would look like:

• A daily focus on creating and maintaining relationships with potential candidates - we spend lots of time on the phone building rapport and looking for leads
• Screening, interviewing, and referencing job seekers
• Responsible for Social Media - including creating canva posts for social platforms and creating email outs
• Drafting well written adverts and candidate summaries
• Assisting with team administration including placement packs, updating notes and general data management etc
• Ongoing management of placed candidates
• Performing strategic searches on our database to surface those relevant for job openings
• Meeting KPI's/ targets that lead to success

The Person:

• This role is perfect for someone with experience in either Real Estate or Recruitment
• The ability to effortlessly build relationships with both candidates and clients - must love being on the phone!
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal - you’re a natural people person
• You’re an inquisitive in nature, ask questions and think quick to problem solve.
• You’re organised and have the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks and projects.
• A team player, positive minded, and love bringing ideas to the table
