Xclusive Recruitment is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to manage and grow a specialist Business/Legal Support desk in Brisbane. You will build client relationships, lead end-to-end recruitment cycles, and own desk performance.

• Manage and develop a specialist recruitment desk across Business / Legal Support.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from BD and qualification to sourcing, placement and aftercare.
• Proactively source and develop strong candidate networks in the specialist market.
• Identify new business opportunities while growing existing client relationships.
• Take ownership of desk performance, billings and market development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a specialist recruitment desk across Business / Legal Support


• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients


• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development and job qualification through to sourcing, placement and aftercare


• Proactively source and develop strong candidate networks within your specialist market


• Identify new business opportunities while continuing to grow existing client relationships


• Take ownership of desk performance, billings and ongoing market development

About You

• Proven agency recruitment experience, ideally within Business Support, Corporate Services or Legal Support


• Strong business development and client relationship management skills


• Commercially minded with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities


• Proactive, self-motivated and confident working autonomously


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
