WorkTrybe partners with a leading national organisation to recruit at high volume in Brisbane, owning recruitment across multiple portfolios and proactively building talent pipelines beyond job boards for timely, quality hires. You will manage 25+ interviews weekly, collaborate with hiring managers, and guide candidates from initial engagement through onboarding.

The team offers hybrid flexibility and ownership of recruitment technology improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven success in high-volume recruitment across blue-collar, healthcare, facilities management, logistics or similar.
• Proactive sourcing, talent pools and multi-channel candidate engagement.
• Ability to manage 25+ interviews per week and coordinate with stakeholders.

We're looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Partner who loves the energy of high-volume recruitment, knows how to find candidates beyond the job boards and thrives on delivering results.

Our client is a leading national organisation $1B in turnover and growing with a diverse operational workforce. You'll take ownership of recruitment across multiple business portfolios, partnering closely with hiring managers to keep their teams fully resourced and operational.

This isn't a role for someone who waits for applications to arrive. We want a proactive recruiter who knows how to build talent pipelines, move quickly and make things happen!

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU

• Proven success in high-volume recruitment, ideally across blue-collar, healthcare, facilities management, logistics or other operational workforces.


• A track record of proactive sourcing, building talent pools and engaging candidates through creative channels.


• Confidence managing 25+ interviews per week.


• Strong stakeholder management skills, building trust through responsiveness, sound judgement and recruitment expertise.


• The ability to manage recruitment from initial engagement through to onboarding, balancing speed, quality and candidate experience.


• A commercial mindset, excellent organisation skills and the ability to thrive in a busy, ever-changing environment.


• Experience with Workday is advantageous, but not essential.
