Job summary

Elders is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Australia to support end-to-end recruitment activities. You will partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists, hiring managers and candidates, coordinating interviews and communications to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

The role requires strong organisational, communication and detail-oriented skills, with a collaborative mindset and comfort with HR systems. Workday experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative or coordination support within recruitment or a similar environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills engaging with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• A proactive and collaborative approach supporting the team.
• Comfortable with recruitment/HR systems and Microsoft Office; quick system learner.
• Experience using Workday or similar ATS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition Specialists with day-to-day recruitment coordination and administration across end-to-end process.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications and recruitment documentation.
• Assist with job advertising and ensure vacancies are advertised across platforms.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment information in Workday.
• Support offers, reference checks and pre-employment requirements; ensure records are complete.
• Progress recruitment activities with hiring managers and provide timely updates.
