EMM Consulting Pty Limited in Sydney CBD is seeking a Recruitment Administrator/Talent Acquisition Coordinator to keep our hiring process running smoothly and ensure every candidate and hiring manager has a great experience.

As the calm, organised force behind every hire, you’ll coordinate interviews, maintain our ATS/HRIS, support induction and onboarding, and partner with the People team to continuously improve how we recruit.

Qualifications

• Experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role.
• Strong focus on candidate experience.
• Ability to multitask across multiple roles.
• Detail-oriented with a quality-driven approach.
• Calm under pressure and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with ATS/HRIS systems and data insights.
• Curiosity to improve recruitment processes.

Responsabilités

• Own the recruitment coordination: you'll manage from advertising through to offer and onboarding, including writing and posting job ads, managing the recruitment inbox, scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters.
• Be the friendly first point of contact: guide candidates through every stage of their journey, ensuring they feel informed, valued and looked after.
• Look after our systems and data: keep HRIS and pipelines accurate, track metrics like time to hire and source of hire to enable data-informed decisions.
• Support our hiring managers: collaborate with hiring managers, interviewers and recruitment agencies, keeping everyone connected.
• Make new starters feel welcome: partner with People Coordinator to set up new starters in systems and support onboarding.
• Tell our story: refresh EVP, careers page and recruitment materials, using candidate feedback to improve the experience.
• Shape how we work: identify better processes, roll out talent tools, and stay curious about great recruitment.
