Job summary

Appreciating Talent is partnering with a leading global fintech firm in Sydney to recruit a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. The role blends interview coordination with recruitment operations, process improvement, and exploring AI-enabled workflows.

You will work with APAC recruiters, hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial engagement through to offer, coordinating complex interviews across time zones and driving efficiency through technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment coordination or similar.
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to anticipate challenges and take initiative.
• Excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering a great candidate experience.
• An interest in technology, AI and finding smarter, more efficient ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex interviews across multiple teams, stakeholders and time zones, managing competing priorities and last-minute changes.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support recruitment activities and keep processes running smoothly.
• Manage interview logistics, candidate communications, offer documentation and recruitment administration.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, confidently navigating changing priorities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes, improve scheduling workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Explore opportunities to leverage AI, automation and technology to improve the way the team works.
