Job summary

J&T Express Australia is seeking an energetic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR team in Australia. You will support end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments, coordinating interviews and candidate communications.

Ideally, you bring experience from logistics or fast-paced operational industries and will partner with external agencies and internal hiring managers to build strong pipelines and deliver a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or fast-paced operational environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment Support: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
• Agency & Stakeholder Coordination: partnering with external agencies and internal hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring processes.
• Candidate Experience: delivering a professional onboarding and recruitment experience for all applicants.
• Pipeline Management: maintaining recruitment records, updating ATS, and preparing hiring reports for senior HR staff.
• HR Admin Support: assisting with general HR and talent acquisition projects.

Ideally bringing prior experience from the logistics or supply chain industry, you will help drive our talent pipelines, coordinate interviews, and support our rapid business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment Support: Assist with posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
• Agency & Stakeholder Coordination: Partner with external recruitment agencies and internal hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring processes.
• Candidate Experience: Deliver a professional and engaging onboarding and recruitment experience for all applicants.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate recruitment records, update applicant tracking systems, and prepare hiring reports for the Senior HR Specialist.
• HR Admin Support: Assist with general HR and talent acquisition projects as required.

What We Are Looking For:

• 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house), ideally within the logistics, supply chain, or fast-paced operational industries.
