Job summary

CullenUS in Australia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to own end-to-end recruitment across our national showroom network. You will craft compelling job ads, manage candidate pipelines, and partner with showroom managers to fill roles quickly.

Based in our Kew office, you’ll use Rippling, Seek and LinkedIn to source talent, schedule interviews, conduct initial screenings, and support onboarding while maintaining accurate hiring data.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fast-paced recruitment support roles.
• Experience writing clear, compelling job descriptions that reflect brand values.
• Proficiency with ATS/HRIS systems and multi-stakeholder scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end hiring processes from posting to onboarding.
• Maintain candidate pipelines across ATS, Seek, and LinkedIn.
• Schedule interviews and conduct initial screenings to ensure fit.
• Collaborate with showroom managers to fulfill hiring needs.
• Keep recruitment data accurate with timely updates and checks.
• Support onboarding with resources and orientation for new hires.
