Job summary

J&T Express Australā Pty Ltd is seeking an energetic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR team in Australia. You will support end-to-end recruitment across departments, coordinate interviews, and help drive talent pipelines in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You have 1–2 years recruitment experience, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to process improvement. This on-site role is based in Villawood NSW with collaboration across agency partners and hiring managers.

• Pipeline Management: maintain ATS records and hiring reports.
• HR Admin Support: assist with general HR and TA projects.

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR team in Australia. In this role, you will support our end-to-end recruitment operations across various departments. Ideally bringing prior experience from the logistics or supply chain industry, you will help drive our talent pipelines, coordinate interviews, and support our rapid business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment Support: Assist with posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
• Agency & Stakeholder Coordination: Partner with external recruitment agencies and internal hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring processes.
• Candidate Experience: Deliver a professional and engaging onboarding and recruitment experience for all applicants.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate recruitment records, update applicant tracking systems, and prepare hiring reports for the Senior HR Specialist.
• HR Admin Support: Assist with general HR and talent acquisition projects as required.

What We Are Looking For

• 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house), ideally within the logistics, supply chain, or fast-paced operational industries.
• Strong critical thinking skills and a natural sense of curiosity, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
