You have 1–2 years recruitment experience, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to process improvement. This on-site role is based in Villawood NSW with collaboration across agency partners and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive in problem-solving and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment Support: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, candidate comms.
• Agency & Stakeholder Coordination with external recruiters and hiring managers.
• Candidate Experience: onboarding and recruitment experience for applicants.
• Pipeline Management: maintain ATS records and hiring reports.
• HR Admin Support: assist with general HR and TA projects.
