Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment, HR administration, recruitment coordination or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Confident communicating with candidates by phone, email and in person.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when handling candidate information.

Responsibilities

• Manage job advertisements and candidate applications across recruitment platforms.
• Review applications and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screening and first-round interviews.
• Coordinate second-round interviews with relevant managers.
• Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep candidate records accurate and up to date in internal systems.
• Support recruitment campaigns across the retail network during peak hiring periods.
