Job summary

CBCity is seeking a Systems Officer to oversee support systems, POS, bookings, memberships and CRM across our leisure and aquatic venues in Roselands. You will coordinate upgrades, train staff and maintain system documentation to ensure smooth operations.

The role is a 12-month temporary full-time position with a 35-hour week, offering the chance to contribute to high-quality customer experiences and to work with a collaborative team within a diverse community.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience overseeing support systems, software and applications within leisure and aquatics or a similar field.
• Clear communication skills and ability to train staff and develop system documentation.
• Experience managing applications such as POS, bookings, memberships and CRM systems.
• Experience evaluating technology, implementing improvements and coordinating projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and improve systems including point of sale, memberships, bookings, customer relationship management, pool testing and incident reporting.
• Coordinate system upgrades, implementations and troubleshooting with minimal disruption to staff and customers.
• Investigate new technologies and recommend improvements based on operational needs and cost.
• Collaborate with staff, leaders, IT and software providers to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Deliver staff training and maintain system procedures, documentation and troubleshooting guides.
• Prepare reports and analyse system usage data to support operational decisions.
