Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Sydney is seeking an experienced ServiceNow System Administrator to own day-to-day health, performance, security and stability of a critical enterprise ServiceNow platform. You’ll work with technical teams, business stakeholders and external partners to ensure an exceptional user experience.

Key responsibilities include monitoring health and performance, configuring workflows, managing security, and supporting upgrades and incident resolution.

Qualifications

  • Experience as ServiceNow System Administrator in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform administration, security, access management and instance management.
  • Experience supporting multiple ServiceNow modules.
  • Hands-on expertise with workflows, business rules, forms and UI policies.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience monitoring platform performance and managing incidents from identification through to resolution.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is essential.

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced ServiceNow System Administrator looking for your next challenge within a complex enterprise environment?

We are seeking a proactive and technically strong professional to take ownership of the day-to-day health, performance, stability and security of a critical enterprise ServiceNow platform. This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders and external partners to ensure the platform continues to deliver an exceptional user experience.
