Job summary

Experis Executive in Sydney is seeking an experienced ServiceNow System Administrator to join a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid with 3 days in the office, and you will own the day-to-day health, performance, stability and security of a large enterprise ServiceNow platform.

You will collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders and external partners to deliver an exceptional user experience, support upgrades, governance and continuous improvement initiatives, and you

Qualifications

Experience as ServiceNow System Administrator in a large enterprise.
Strong expertise in workflows, business rules, forms and UI policies.
CSA certification is essential.

Responsibilities

Monitor health, availability and performance of the ServiceNow platform.
Administer platform users, roles, groups and security controls.
Support incident resolution, root cause analysis and preventative maintenance.
Configure/workflows, business rules, forms and UI policies across modules.
Support platform upgrades, patches and releases, including testing and validation.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues with internal teams and vendors.
Provide responsive support to users and stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement through automation and standardisation.
