Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow System Administrator to own day-to-day health, performance and security of a large-scale platform in a hybrid Sydney environment.

You will work with technical teams, stakeholders and external partners to ensure exceptional user experience and lead improvements across IT and enterprise service delivery functions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator in a complex enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of platform administration, security and instance management.
• Experience supporting multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Hands-on with workflows, business rules, forms and UI policies.
• CSA certification is essential.

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced ServiceNow System Administrator looking for your next challenge within a complex enterprise environment?

We are seeking a proactive and technically strong professional to take ownership of the day-to-day health, performance, stability and security of a critical enterprise ServiceNow platform. This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders and external partners to ensure the platform continues to deliver an exceptional user experience.

The Opportunity

As the ServiceNow System Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimising a large-scale ServiceNow environment that supports both IT and enterprise service delivery functions.

Working within a dedicated platform team, you will play a key role in platform governance, administration, configuration and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the health, availability and performance of the ServiceNow platform
• Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact users
• Administer platform users, roles, groups and security controls
• Support incident resolution, root cause analysis and preventative maintenance activities
• Configure and maintain workflows, business rules, forms and UI policies across ServiceNow modules
• Ensure compliance with platform governance, security and operational standards
• Support platform upgrades, patches and releases, including testing, validation and impact assessments
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues in collaboration with internal teams and third-party vendors
• Provide responsive support to users and stakeholders across the organisation
• Drive continuous improvement through optimisation, automation and standardisation initiatives

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator within a complex enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform administration, security, access management and instance management
• Experience supporting multiple ServiceNow modules
• Hands-on expertise with workflows, business rules, forms and UI policies
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience monitoring platform performance and managing incidents from identification through to resolution
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams, vendors and business users
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is essential
