ALOHAS is opening its first store in Australia, Sydney, and seeks a Sales Advisor with a strong sales mindset and clienteling experience. You will represent the brand, tell the story of our sustainability commitments, and create memorable client experiences to build loyalty.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience using clienteling or CRM tools to build relationships and drive retention.
• Customer-first attitude with excellent interpersonal skills and communication.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of ALOHAS for the Australian launch in Sydney.
• Represent the brand with energy, professionalism, and product knowledge.
• Create memorable client experiences and build long-term relationships.
• Drive store results by meeting/exceeding sales targets and understanding KPIs.
• Collaborate with the team and help with stock/operational tasks.
