Job summary

ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Lead in Australia to elevate guest experience on the shop floor and drive sales targets. You will coach team members, deliver product education, and build strong client relationships daily.

Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs, oversee staff performance, recruit and develop talent, and use store metrics to drive growth while embodying ALO’s mindful movement ethos.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment.
• Openness to feedback and willingness to provide feedback.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Must be able to move around all store areas.
• Able to lift, push or carry up to 10–15 kg.
• Able to stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor with product education.
• Build client relationships daily and drive engagement.
• Analyze reports to strategize and deliver results with action plans.
• Ensure floor coverage and lead selling initiatives store-wide.
