Job summary

Sephora Sydney is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead a bustling store on a full-time basis. You will embody Sephora’s customer-first approach, coach the team, and drive a selling culture across beauty categories.

You will use store data to inform decisions, collaborate with the Store Manager and senior leadership, and ensure exceptional client service while maintaining store standards and brand experience.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience including P&L and forecasting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for daily reporting.
• Hands-on leader on the shop floor with coaching skills.
• Ability to work 5 days across late-night, weekend and public holiday trading.

Responsibilities

• Be the role model to your team by delivering Sephora’s experience to customers and embodying our DNA.
• Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and develop your team through coaching.
• Interpret reporting data and guide operational decisions with the Store Manager and senior team.
• Facilitate open communication and provide consistent feedback within the Management team.
• Act as Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and cast member matters in a fast-paced environment.
