Sephora Australia is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a dynamic team including Beauty Advisors and Department Managers in a fast-paced Sydney store. You will drive a high-energy selling culture, coach a diverse team, and partner with the District Manager to deliver exceptional client experiences and strong store performance.

The role requires hands-on leadership on the shop floor, strong organizational and analytical abilities, and a proven track record in managing P&L, stock levels,

• Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site operation.
• Excellent client service and experiential retail focus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
• Hands-on leader who motivates, coaches and develops store team members.
• Ability to attract, identify and inspire talented employees.
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to influence across levels.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.

As the Store Manager, reporting directly to the DistrictManager and supported by an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a passionate team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers to embody Sephora's values to empower our clients.

You'll also play a key role in:

• Driving a selling culture within your team to meet KPI’s and promote Sephora’s values
• Consistently raise performance and capability of the team to support developing internal talent
• To utilise and exploit data to support with operational decisions by working closely with the district manager and director of stores.
• Implement a continuous improvement mentality within the team and work in partnership with the wider team.
• To always energise your team to deliver first class customer service within a fast-paced environment

As our busiest days of trade are between Thursday to Sunday the ideal candidate will be able to provide 5 full days of availability across key trading times including but not limited to late-night, weekend and public holiday trading.
