Job summary

Sephora is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Sydney to help lead a fast-paced retail team and deliver an unbeatable client experience. You will work closely with the Store Manager and District Manager to drive strategies for business growth, convert sales, and foster Sephora’s values across the store.

You will be responsible for driving a selling culture, monitoring KPIs, and developing internal talent while energising your team to provide first-class customer service.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years' experience in retail/store line management.
• Excellent client service and experiential retail mindset.
• Hands-on leader able to motivate, coach and develop staff.
