Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc in Sydney is seeking an experienced Retail Management professional to lead a store team on a full-time basis. You will drive a selling culture, coach staff, and deliver a premium Sephora experience for clients while managing profit and loss and stock control.

Join Sephora’s management team to oversee operations across beauty categories, with a rotating 38-hour schedule and a commitment to diversity, development, and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience including profit and loss and stock control.
• Experience in sales forecasting, people management and training.
• Strong knowledge of visual merchandising and KPI delivery.

Responsibilities

• Be a role model by delivering the Sephora experience to customers.
• Drive a selling culture to exceed KPI targets and coach the team.
• Use reporting data to support operational decisions with Store Manager and team.
• Provide open communication and consistent feedback with the Management team.
• Act as Manager in Charge for client and cast member matters.
