Job summary

Sephora Australia seeks a Store Manager for our brand-new Blacktown store, leading a passionate team of Beauty Advisors and Department Managers. This full-time role (38 hours) reports to the District Manager and supports an Assistant Store Manager to drive Sephora's customer-first culture.

You’ll focus on delivering exceptional client experiences, managing day-to-day store operations, and developing talent while driving KPI performance, budgets, and visual merchandising aligned with the Sephora

Qualifications

Proven experience leading large retail teams or multi-site operations.
Strong customer service focus and ability to enhance client experience.
Ability to set and monitor KPIs, budgets, and drive sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists and Department Managers to embody Sephora values.
Drive a selling culture and meet KPI targets while upholding Sephora brand standards.
Oversee daily store operations, events, training, and merchandising changes.
