Sephora Broadway, Sydney, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment and deliver an unbeatable client experience.

You will drive a selling culture, coach your team, and analyse data with the District Manager to grow sales while upholding Sephora's values and standards across a multi-brand luxury retailer within the LVMH group.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years' experience in retail/store line management.
• Hands-on leader on the sales floor who motivates and coaches the team.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
