Job summary

Sephora in Blacktown is seeking a Store Manager to lead our brand new store and guide a team of Beauty Advisors and Department Managers on a Full-Time (38hr) basis. You will drive a selling culture, manage day-to-day operations, and leverage data with the district manager to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Reporting to the District Manager and supported by an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for KPI achievement, talent development, and maintaining Sephora's luxury brand

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management at a big box retailer or multi-site environment.
• Excellent client service and experiential retail focus.
• Strong organization, analytics, and business management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers to uphold Sephora values.
• Drive a selling culture and meet KPI targets while promoting the Sephora brand.
• Manage daily store operations, events, training, and merchandising changes.
• Oversee profit and loss, stock levels, and sales forecasting.
• Develop store talent and sustain a high-performance culture.
