Sephora is seeking an experienced Store Manager-in-Charge for our Sydney stores. You will lead by example on the shop floor, coaching a team to deliver an exceptional prestige beauty experience and meet or exceed sales targets.

You will interpret reports to guide decisions, while maintaining strong communications with the Management team. A hands-on leader with a passion for client service and positive culture will thrive in this role.

Competenze

• Retail management experience across profit and loss, sales forecasting and people management.
• Experience in training, stock control and visual merchandising.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for daily reporting.
• Hands-on leader who motivates and coaches on the sales floor.
• Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
