Hospoworld Resourcing is seeking capable leaders for Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, and emerging leader roles across Sydney. These hands-on positions focus on leading operations, coaching teams, and delivering outstanding customer experiences in busy quick-service restaurants.

You’ll drive daily service, manage labour, uphold food safety and quality, and work within established brands offering structured training and clear career progression.

Formación

• Experience in QSR, fast food, busy cafe or other fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Positive, energetic and hands-on approach.
• Strong communication and people leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy service.
• Genuine focus on food quality and customer experience.
• Motivation to develop skills and progress career.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shifts and coach team members.
• Manage daily restaurant operations and service flow.
• Roster and manage labour against business needs.
• Monitor sales, food costs, stock and waste.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness and brand standards.
• Deliver great customer experiences and resolve issues.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training.
• Drive sales, team engagement and operational results.
