Responsibilities

• Recruit and train employees per Subway brand requirements, leading by example.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Check deliveries, match orders and handle daily banking.
• Prepare stock and payroll paperwork including timesheets.
• Manage cash balances and minimise wastage.
• Ensure 100% compliance with Subway and council guidelines.
• Conduct weekly stock takes and inventory reports.
• Analyse sales and inventory data to improve business results.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and presentation and house-keeping routines.
• Implement in-store marketing materials and POP in line with campaigns.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed for a safe work environment.
• Handle customer complaints and deliver high service standards.
