The role requires a Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent, RSA, and a background in 5-star hotels. You’ll manage scheduling, training, and daily outlet operations, with a focus on guest satisfaction and team development.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality Management / Hospitality or 3 years of relevant experience.
• Valid RSA essential.
• 5-star hotel background as a Supervisor/Manager in F&B.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and act with urgency while remaining calm.
• Highly organised with strong time-management to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Flexible roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort to tables.
• Schedule dining reservations.
• Train and monitor staff to meet service standards.
• Record and verify team time records accurately.
• Manage daily outlet operations and assist team.
• Maintain service sequences and standards.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and outlet supervision.
• Maintain accuracy of POS and cash handling with till balances.
• Ensure cleanliness and security of outlet equipment and materials.
• Report maintenance needs promptly to management.
• Maintain stock levels and conduct daily briefings.
• Develop training plans and conduct on/off-job training.
• Participate in relevant meetings and monitor payroll and costs.
• Maintain professional appearance and grooming of staff.
