Job summary

Hospoworld Resourcing is seeking capable leaders for Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, and emerging leader roles across Sydney. These hands-on positions focus on leading operations, coaching teams, and delivering outstanding customer experiences in busy quick-service restaurants.

You’ll drive daily service, manage labour, uphold food safety and quality, and work within established brands offering structured training and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in QSR, fast food, busy cafe or other fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Positive, energetic and hands-on approach.
• Strong communication and people leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy service.

• Lead shifts and coach team members.

The Opportunity

These are hands-on leadership roles for people who enjoy being part of the action.

You’ll lead shifts, support your team, maintain food and service standards, and help drive the restaurant’s performance.
Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:

• Leading, coaching and developing team members

• Rostering and managing labour against business needs
• Monitoring sales, food costs, stock and waste
• Maintaining food safety, cleanliness and brand standards
• Delivering great customer experiences and resolving issues
