Bring Windows and Mac troubleshooting, Microsoft Intune experience, and strong customer service. JAMF and AV knowledge are valued. This 12-month contract has extension potential with an immediate start in Sydney CBD. Work with a national IT team in a dynamic, stakeholder-rich setting.
Qualifications
- Level 1/2 desktop support experience.
- Strong Windows and Mac troubleshooting.
- Microsoft Intune experience is essential.
- JAMF and AV experience is highly regarded.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
