Job summary

Victaulic in Sydney is seeking an HVAC Territory Manager to drive sales growth across NSW. You will engage with local authorities, building owners, engineers and contractors, and lead distributor partnerships to win scope of work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar Sales, Business Development, or Account Management role.
• Background in a technical sales role within the building and construction market is highly regarded.
• Engineering degree is preferred but not necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Valid Australian Driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Displays knowledge of construction lifecycle and projects, mapping opportunities and building a business plan.
• Builds relationships with owners, engineers and contractors to secure scope and timelines.
• Educates customers through technical presentations and webinars.
• Specifies Victaulic solutions in engineering designs.
• Develops focused accounts and influences key decision makers to maximize sales.
• Reports weekly on sales and marketing activities.
