Job summary

Victaulic is seeking an HVAC Territory Manager in Sydney, NSW to drive sales across a defined territory. You will manage relationships with owners, engineers, and contractors, promoting Victaulic product lines and completing project opportunities.

Travel will be required to visit sites and customers. The role emphasizes technical presentations, account development, and collaboration with distribution partners to maximize market share in New South Wales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar Sales/Business Development/Account Management role.
• Background in technical sales within building/construction is highly regarded.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial and business excellence in NSW by engaging with local authorities, building owners, engineers, and contractors.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to grow Victaulic product sales.
• Educate customers through technical presentations and webinars.
• Build relationships with engineers and contractors to secure scope of work and timelines.
• Report weekly on sales and marketing activities in the territory.
