You should have 2+ years of B2B sales experience, a hunger to win, and excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission with an OTE of AU$140k–AU$160k, plus a company vehicle and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales revenue by hunting new business opportunities via cold calling, converting online leads, visiting customer sites, and more
• Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve set sales targets
• Building strong customer relationships and managing a sales pipeline
• Identifying customer needs and knowing how to deliver successful sales
• Work collaboratively with our technicians to support them to deliver more sales leads for you to convert
