The Access Group is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join Lightyear’s APAC team in Sydney. You’ll drive early-stage pipeline, engage finance leaders, and qualify opportunities using AI-informed outreach to accelerate revenue growth.

In a high-growth fintech environment, you’ll collaborate with partners and Account Executives to convert interest into qualified opportunities while expanding the APAC market presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS sales or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with senior finance leaders.
• Comfort with AI tools and modern sales tech, CRM insights.
• Willingness to work in APAC, Sydney-based team.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified pipeline through rapid response and proactive outreach.
• Convert interest into opportunities and hand off to Account Executives.
• Source and qualify new partners across ISVs, accounting firms, and VARs.
• Drive channel growth through partnerships and referrals.
• Represent Lightyear at events and customer engagements across APAC.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and provide reliable forecasting.
