ShiftCare is hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative to drive AI-powered sales workflows in the 26+ employee segment within Australia. You will own qualification and pipeline creation, working closely with Senior Account Executives on longer, complex cycles.

This hybrid Sydney-based role focuses on inbound and self-generated pipeline, with targets to build high-quality opportunities and contribute to ARR growth in a fast-growing healthcare software company.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in an SDR/BDR or similar pipeline generation role within B2B SaaS.
• Experience prospecting into upmarket SMB & Mid-Market would be ideal.
• Strong discovery and qualification skills with MEDDICC or BANT familiarity.

Aufgaben

• Own qualification and pipeline creation for 26+ employee segment leads and opportunities.
• Deliver a personal target of $160K in qualified pipeline and $80K in overlay ARR contribution.
• Partner with Senior Account Executives to improve deal quality, progression, and conversion across complex sales cycles.
• Apply best-practice qualification standards across inbound and outbound motions.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, reporting, and forecasting accuracy.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of SDR processes, playbooks, and team culture.
