Healthcare Professionals Group is partnered with a global Medical Technology leader seeking an experienced Surgical Territory Manager to own the Central Coast territory. You will leverage established surgical relationships and a strong background in device sales to grow market share and deliver clinically compelling conversations.

You’ll operate in a dynamic environment, collaborating with surgeons, theatre teams and hospital stakeholders to translate evidence into outcomes while managing

Qualifications

• Proven local surgical medical device sales experience.
• Hands-on operating theatre experience.
• Track record of meeting sales targets and growing relationships.
• Ability to communicate clinical information to surgeons clearly.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth & market share across established surgical territory.
• Build trusted relationships with surgeons, theatre teams & hospital stakeholders.
• Provide valuable in-theatre & post-operative product support.
• Translate clinical evidence into compelling product conversations.
• Identify new business opportunities while developing existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer support.
• Participate in ongoing clinical education, product training and launch activities.
