Job summary

MSS Security Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated Rostering Coordinator to manage scheduling and staffing resources, ensuring high-quality service delivery for clients in SA, AU. The role is a permanent part-time relieving position covering sick leave and annual leave, requiring strong rostering, communication, and payroll awareness.

The successful candidate will liaise with clients and staff, maintain rosters in the system, monitor service levels, address issues promptly, and support payroll

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting awards and pay rates.
• High computer literacy; familiarity with rostering software.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both in a team and autonomously under pressure.
• Full unlimited Australian working rights.
• Willingness to cover 24/6 relieving shifts and undergo National Police check.

Responsibilities

• Rostering and scheduling management to ensure effective coverage, adherence to fatigue guidelines, and client-specific requirements; maintain live rostering in system and update as necessary.
• Liaise with clients and employees; act as primary point of contact for rostering issues and service bookings; manage employee queries and welfare.
• Monitor service levels and address non-conformances; prepare reports on overtime, training, and KPIs.
• Oversee payroll-related tasks, reviewing payroll exception reports and processing pay adjustments.
