Job summary

Northcott, based in Sydney, is seeking a Rostering Team member for a part-time role supporting the operational team from 6am to 8pm, seven days a week. You will contact customers, staff and teams to ensure the right support is provided and the roster runs smoothly.

You will manage enquiries, coordinate staff availability, and proactively resolve cancellations and incidents, bringing strong organisational and communication skills to a busy, service-focused environment. Weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Established experience in data management and rostering/scheduling.
• Understanding of the Disability or Human Services sector is preferred.
• Experience scheduling/rostering in fast-paced environments is advantageous.
• Previous call centre or high-volume service experience is desirable.
• Studies in Disability, social sciences or related fields are highly desirable.
