The role focuses on supporting neurodivergent adults and individuals with complex mental health needs within the NDIS framework. It offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining work from home with community-based support, and requires independent caseload management and clear communication.
Our core areas of expertise are supporting neurodivergent adults and individuals with complex mental health needs, however we work with a broad range of participants across the NDIS.
We focus on doing the work properly, not just ticking boxes.
We’ve intentionally built a workplace that is:
Low micromanagement
Flexible and realistic about capacity
Supportive without being overbearing
Grounded in strong boundaries to prevent burnout

We value:

Needs close supervision or frequent direction
Prefers highly structured, step-by-step environments
